the character i least understand: Maybe Lily? I did enjoy her character, but I found it hard to relate to her at times

interactions i enjoyed the most: Any scenes with Katherine were always gold, I especially loved watching her with Damon, Stefan, Caroline, and Elena, and she even made scenes with Matt and Jeremy more entertaining

the character who scares me the most: Hmm I can't think of any villain that's really scared me from TVD. I guess maybe Elijah in his first appearance?

the character who is mostly like me: None of them are much like me

hottest looks character: Katherine

one thing i dislike about my fave character: Caroline can be a bit bitchy at times

one thing i like about my hated character: I liked that Julian died when he did, that made me very happy :P

a quote or scene that haunts me: Eh I don't know, there are probably lots if I go through each season, but none that immediately come to mind. I will always remember the first intro of present-day Katherine in the season 1 finale though

a death that left me indifferent: A lot of the deaths on TVD didn't stick in the end, but the actual death scenes were generally well-handed at the time, so I can't say that I was indifferent to any of them from what I remember. I suppose that the death of Beau was a bit underwhelming, I never understood what they were trying to do with that character

a character i wish died but didn’t: I think that Jeremy should have stayed dead, he really didn't end that much to seasons 5 and 6 that it was worth taking away the impact of his death

my ship that never sailed: This is a fairly recent ship of mine, but Damon/Bonnie have started to draw me in! It's a shame that the writers seem stuck on keeping Damon devoted to Elena, even though there's not much story to be told there when they don't have the actress any more

Yeah, Katherine is great, I love her scenes. Damon/Bonnie seems like it would be a fun ship, but I haven't found good fanfic for it so far, it doesn't seem to get recced much.

And I remember Bamon having a HUGE group of fans behind it in the early years (because of the book series apparently), but I'm not sure how popular it is these days. I'm definitely getting shippy vibes from them lately though, and I've really enjoyed their scenes ever since they became closer in season 6

I don't ship canon Bonnie/Damon (though I have really enjoyed their interactions, especially since the prison world) but I've read some decent fic over the years. Unfortunately, most of it was back during s1/s2 so I don't have any of it bookmarked :(

I remember one fic I really liked that was a dark!Bonnie AU where she started sleeping with Damon after Elena died. This was years before Nina left so it was a complete AU but it was really well-written. I wish I remembered the name or who wrote it...Actually, I think a lot of the Bonnie/Damon fic I liked back then involved dark!Bonnie :)
