It was hard for me to choose between Aqua, Arrow, Red and Slumber because there are some standout scenes for me in each one, but I went with Aqua because of the great Clark/Lex scenes where you can just feel the fracture in their relationship.
I was torn between Red, Arrow, and Cure. Ultimately I went with Red cause I will always be nostalgic for that episode (and FABULOUS Clex), but I'm kind of sad that Arrow has no votes as I thought that was a really great episode.
