Let go of the woobie is worth a read. It references Lex a lot, as well as Spike, Brian from QAF, Logan, and Draco. I loved this

the writers instead chose to highlight his wicked ways by suddenly revealing halfway through season four that Lex... had one night stands! With several different women! And he gave them diamond earrings afterwards! Send some of that evil my way, why don't you? Clark's pissy reaction to the news that his single, adult friend had sex was hilarious, mostly because he came off as jealous rather than indignant.

And lol does anyone know where Big Dumb Alien originated? Isn't it usually used as a term of affection? Well except in season 3, when Clark shoves Lex aside and Omar recaps it as something like, "Watch out. Big Dumb Alien coming through" *giggles*

Cool article :-D

Didn't Big Dumb Alien originate with Omar? Using it whenever Clark does something stupid and not very future-superman like? Which is quite a large proportion of the time! :-P

I don't know. I saw a summary of what BDA means over on krypton site, for Clark's forum, and Clark is mostly really popular there. That's why I think it's sometimes used as a term of affection.

Magnificant Bastard definitely originated with Omar, but I don't know about BDA
