Honestly I did wonder if there was more that David Fury didn’t want to get into, surely there must have been more to it than just an unauthorised haircut and a tattoo if he’s specifically describing it as Charisma having a pattern of not considering the production needs? Charisma too mentions that she felt like her pregnancy was seen as the last straw, and it came across that issues had been building for a while, so I can’t see how all that could just be about her cutting her hair without asking, but who knows. I think that the season 2 hair cut has just become the one go to example of the brewing issues behind the scenes, as fans can immediately see Cordelia looking different, and the other characters all looking shocked and commenting on her new hair
