Aww same, I was really swept along by My Struggle and the excitement of how much it reminded me of traditional X-Files, especially after the critics response made me come into it with lowered expectations. It felt like one of the better M/S episodes too actually with a bit more examination of their break-up, which didn't really get addressed much otherwise. Lol it felt like that was something that CC alone was interested in actually, I can't say that I would have even known that they were supposed to be broken up in episodes like Home Again if not for the premiere telling us that they were
And yeah we rate the other episodes similarly, I'd say that both 2 and 4 were solid episodes, and 3 was the one outright classic. I'd give Babylon a 1 though, other than the M/S scenes I really wasn't a fan of that one :( It especially feels like a waste when you consider the pacing issues with the finale, I really wonder why CC wanted that episode to be the fifth one, instead of just making the finale a two-parter. I guess that he wanted a shot at writing at least one MotW episode as part of the revival, but it left things feeling a bit unbalanced to have another attempt at a ~wacky~ episode with Mulder's dream and the Mulder and Scully clones, even though Darin Morgan (and Vince Gilligan of course!) were always the masters at those episodes. A really scary traditional monster episode might have been a better fit there instead actually if CC wanted to go with a MotW episode, whereas I'm not sure what his intention was with Babylon as it felt like the tone was all over the place
