Yeah, I too think personal feelings crept in regarding them not showing.
But yeah, even in the original plan it wasn't going to be Cordy, it was going to be Jasmine in her body...which is more or less what we got, though I suppose there would have been more fights.
The fired just for being pregnant thing never really fit with me. 'Cause why wait until the end, you know? I have little doubt Joss can be petty (I think the comics take shots at SMG and DB, tbh), but that's going a little far.
