I've called someone for help with spyware on my computer that I can't seem to get rid of, and he's coming out to look at my laptop on tuesday. This will sound weird, but I hope he doesn't want to take it away with him for a closer look lol. I get kind of paranoid over things like that because of what a private space my comp is for me and how much time I spend on kink memes and the like *cough* I always wonder if they really do poke around the computers that they get send to fix? Oh and I've also been wondering if it would be worth asking if I can update to Windows 8, I'm on Windows Vista at the moment. Anyone on my flist using Windows 8?
And meme taken from my flist

Nip/Tuck
Date: 2013-06-11 10:57 am (UTC)Favourite female is Kimber
Favourite male is Sean
My favourite season is probably seasons 1 and 2
Favourite episode is the one from the last season when Sean and Christian go to couples therapy together
Favourite cast member I have no opinion on lol
My favourite relationship is Christian and Sean of course :)
A character I'd die defending. Umm Sean is a character I've defended on message boards a fair bit I guess as he seems to get a lot more criticism compared to fan favourite Christian
I can't sympathise with Julia. Her character just seemed all over the place dissatisfied with her life and never knew what she wanted, but from the beginning it was hard for me to sympathise with a rich unemployed lady who had a maid and a Gardner, yet still complained about Sean leaving her with too much work and flashed her daughters pet down the toilet
A character I grew to love was Kimber. She seemed like a pretty stereotypical part at first, but she quickly became one of my favourite characters
My anti OTP I have several lol. I hated Mattt/Kimber, Christian/Julia, and Christian/Liz. Especially Christian/Liz after I always liked their friendship, it made NO sense to me to show Christian rolling on top of her and thrusting a few times, and then telling us it was such an ~amazing~ sexual experience for her that she was suddenly into men now
Sex And The City
Date: 2013-06-11 11:09 am (UTC)Favourite male umm I dunno really, Big I suppose?
My favourite season I have no idea sorry, I've only watched it all once. I really need to have a rewatch at some point as I did buy the DVDs recently
The season 4 finale is my favourite when Big and Carrie say their farewells and Miranda gives birth
Favourite relationship is Carrie and Big.
I don't know about if I would die defending him, but I do have the hugely minority opinion in relating more to Big :P I thought Carrie was ridiculous in season 1 with her forcing an intro to his mother, checking out his ex-wife behind his back, breaking everything off because he wasn't yet ready to say I love you. She complained later about Big playing games with her, but I thought he was very honest with Carrie and I could really relate to him wanting to have his own life and his own apartment. It annoy's me that he gets vilified by fans just because he didn't want the same things at the same time. The only time I thought he was an outright jerk was in the movie when he called off the wedding. It seemed that both Steve and Carrie were always presented as being in the right with Big and with Miranda, god forbid an independent person in their 30's or 40's want a relationship AND their own space
I can't sympathise with Carrie a lot of the time, particularly her love of spending money that she doesn't have on shoes and then acting entitled when her friends or her ex don't want to bail her out
A character I grew to love was probably Samantha, I didn't relate to her much at first, but I've really come to appreciate her more over the years
My anti OTP I guess I was never crazy about Carrie and Adrian. I thought she was a much better example than Big of playing games and leading someone on when she was clearly never comfortable sharing her life with him
