.....You are tearing me apart Gossip Girl. I shouldn't have such cognitive dissonance to ship my favorite couple. There was NO reason for what happened in the last episode a.) IN GENERAL because it was horrible and b.) if the writers aren't even going to acknowledge that what Chuck did was fucked up on an epic proportion and make him redeem himself in a MAJOR way. I read some article where one of the writers were like "Well I don't think he needs to *redeem* himself necessarily..." Like who dropped this person on the head as a child? He pushed her down and then punched a wall directly over her head. HOW IS THAT OK?
UGH. Gossip Girl, you used to be my crack filled happy place. I feel like all the writers are taking crazy pills if they don't look at that scene and think it was abusive. I miss the days when Chuck just used to stalk people and try to jump off roofs.
