LOVED Caroline and Stefan's bathroom scene, LOVED Caroline throwing Damon down the hallway. LOVED the hospital scenes with Caroline's initial transformation. What an excellent job the show (and Candice) did of showing how traumatic it would be to suddenly have these urges to drink blood, and seeing fangs come out of your mouth.

And Caroline's always been kind of a control freak, so it makes sense that she was able to master the hunger a lot quicker than Vicky did. "God bless Elena, but she does not understand the word fabulous". I'm kind of surprised that Caroline is back at home now though, part of me was expecting Stefan and Damon to take her to live in the mansion with them like they did Vicky? Without a ring it's going to be next to impossible for her to hide from her mother why she can no longer go out in daylight

Loving the dynamic between Stefan and Damon. Hee at "Aren't you afraid that all the forest animals are going to come together and fight back? I mean surely they talk?" discussion and "Oh ninja turtles."

I'm finding the warewolf storyline really slow-moving, and I think Tyler is being kept too isolated from the other characters. We've only just met his uncle, so it's hard to get too invested in all of the scenes with just the two of them. I'd be interested in having more friendship scenes for him with Matt, or just interacting with the other characters his age in general. Even a quick scene of Matt offering his condolences for the death of Tyler's father would be something. With both the warewolf storyline and Bonnie's early witch storyline, I feel they suffer from being so isolated from the main action, and so slow-moving in comparison to the shows usual pace

What a fantastic trailer! I've gone from not caring at all about the warewolf storyline to being pretty excited for it

I really liked this episode. The Nikita/Alex connection is still my favourite part of the show, and I thought the flashbacks here were well done. I find it a bit implausible how Alex contacts Nikita though, they don't have any surveillance in the computer room???

I don't care much for Jaden (I think that's her name?), her attacks on Alex come off as so illogical, she seems to be there to act solely as the antagonist for Alex. I still don't quite understand why she went for Alex with a fork in the pilot when she didn't even know her? At least give her a reason for the outbursts of rage geez

I'm not sure what to think yet about Michael/Nikita. I do like the writing for them, but I'm not completely sold on the chemistry (he comes off as a bit too young for Nikita maybe idk? Or at least not a badass on Nikita's level) Maybe if we had some more backstory on how they were in Division I could get more of a handle on how close they were supposed to be. I could be on board Michael and Nikita just having that whole enemies who secretly respect one another type vibe, and it possibly turning sexual later on, but it doesn't play as romantic to me at all so far if there is supposed to be a backstory of them having some special connection in Division.

I don't care for Birkoff so far, but I really liked how Amanda was chanelling Madeline a bit in this episode.

Another episode I really enjoyed. Blair looked absolutely gorgeous, although I was a bit confused when she was wearing 3 different outfits in the same day, while Serena was stuck wearing those hideous trousers *g* I presume they must be in fashion at the moment, but yuck!

I've liked Dan a lot more since seasons 1 and 2, I find the whole bumbling dork thing more endearing now that it's not paired with judgmental Dan. Him and Vanesa are pretty cute together, and I think she looks much better than last year (her hair extensions were vile in season 3). Even her wardrobe, while still being very Vanessa, is looking better and more like it was in seasons 1 and 2, as opposed to I'll wear a blanket as a coat fashion from season 3

The Dan and Nate scenes were fun, and I loved the final moment of Serena realising that they had decided for her after she couldn't make up her mind between them. Hee at "Dan's a great shoulder to cry on, and Nate has great shoulders". And Juliet is started to intrigue me more, loved her final scene.

I did find myself rolling my eyes a bit at Chuck's "everyone's wished me dead since I was born", it came across like his decision to hide out with Eva was more about being emo Chuck, instead of him genuinely regretting his past behavior. Still the final "I'm Chuck Bass" moment was very nicely done

I'm torn on Chuck/Blair because a part of me does still want them to get back together eventually and still get scenes together, but at the same time I'm irritated that they're already pusing them back together romantically. It seems like Blair gets no time at all to be allowed to explore other serious relationships (I mean this is GG, it's supposed to be about mixing things up), but no it always has to come back to Chuck. I already think the reunion at the end of season 3 happened way too soon, so meh if the show doesn't give them some real time apart to grow as people. The train scene was gorgeously done, but earlier in the episode I found myself annoyed with how much Serena was pushing Blair to run after Chuck.

And I don't get Rufus deciding not to have their own paternity test, but just concentrate on not missing out on bonding time with the baby. Er you can still do both?

And this is what comic book Chloe will look like apparently...
