I've finished my Clana video. It's for the 80's song video challenge. I know I don't normally vid Clana, but they were one of the ships that weren't represented, so...

This is the very first Clana vid I have ever downloaded! That was so adorable! I loved all the hand holding sequences. They were perfect. Your scene selection in general was perfect, that was just my favorite part. I particularly liked the season five stuff. All the other seasons bring up bad bad Clana memories.

Dear God, that was cute. Cavity-inducing cute.

I made the mistake of watching your Lexana vid, "How Does it Feel" before this one and, I gotta say, the Lexana chemistry blows the Clana outta the water.

Still, this is the perfect Clana song, all earnest and hopeful and puppy eyed promises of forever. Others have mentioned the hand-holding motif, which I liked as well. And there's a neat dichotomy you have for the "sunshine in the rain" parts - one of them is angst in the rain and the other is splashing in the pond on a sunny day. Nice done.

But the moment that really stands out for me starts at 02:55, with light shining around Clark and Lana in the caves. "Take my hand" and she puts her hand in his. At "Do you feel my heart beating," they move closer and the world changes around them. Anticipation is written over Lana's face and it is indeed a heartstopping moment. "Do you understand" and Clark's flying, showing off the most impressive and most alien of his powers. Lana smiles at him because, yes, she does finally understand what he is and what he's capable of. Perfectly realized sequence.

i do music videos too..so i know when a vid is really well done (not that i'm great..lol) but i really liked it!!
just one question..where did u get the clips from?? u have the seasons in ur computer or u took the from a site?

I met Pepita at DTS long ago and he knows I am a Clana fan since 2003. From his page I found yours. Just to show how I used to love Clana I wrote a 200 pages fanfic about three generations (past, present and future) of Clark to show how things will be if he had a second chance with his first love. Whatever...it's gone.

While I was writing I had this song (Eternal Flame) in my heart to represent their relationship and when I found this video: whooooow! I couldn't do it better!
