Oh yeah, good point about Crowley. I always expected Castiel to become more of a hunter and a partner, but they always want to remind us that he's an angel and a big deal. It seems like the show gets really comfortable w/ status quo. I guess it's hard to argue against that since the show has been on for 15 years. I wasn't really familiar with the beef with Sera, but I do remember being shocked when Bobby was written out. That definitely changed the whole vibe of the show.
