Jenny and Nate briefly became a thing early in season 2 :) Season 2 was one of the longer seasons at 25 episodes, but it did actually start of strong in the first half imo, it was again just towards the middle/end end that you start feeling like the episodes are becoming really padded out and the writers just don’t have enough storylines for that many episodes. Or it could be that maybe I just get impatient with all 22-25 episodes seasons as we get nearer the end XD I do get the feeling though that it was more of a network directive than a creative choice, and the writers were scrambling to find enough storylines to fill those three extra episodes
