I've heard that the last half of season 6 is when most viewers had problems with it, so I'm bracing myself *g* I've definitely still been enjoying the episodes so far though, even if it was really painful watching everything that Cary went through with the trial :( He's another actor that I'm surprised get overlooked for an Emmy nomination actually, especially as TGW is on their radar and has been nominated quite a bit in the past. He *really* impressed me with how he played Cary's responses to facing a four year sentence. And a bit O/T, but wow that whole plea bargain thing really sucks with how it almost forces innocent people to plead guilty in order to get a lighter sentence, I remember an early episode of TGW had a young college girl scared into accepting an offer of a ten year sentence for a crime that she didn't commit, and then in the end it turned out that the jury hadn't found her guilty anyway...
And yep, if Julianna (understandably) resents it being gossiped about, then I don't know why she couldn't have just sucked it up and filmed at the same time as Archie for one scene, she was the one who made it into a big deal in the first place
