Now that I've guessed at yours I can play around by giving mine:

1. Doctor Who (new series): Doctor 9

2. Buffy: Buffy and Dawn

3. Angel: Doyle

4. Smallville: Lex

5. Farscape: Aeryn

6. Oz: Ryan, Alvarez, Kareem Sayid, Augustus Hill, with plenty runners-up.

7. Le Femme Nikita: Nikita, Michael and Operations

8. X-Files: Ol' Moldy himself (aka Mulder)

9. Dead Like Me: Rube. George, Mason and the kid sister were also good, though I hated the way they made Mason more just a hopeless idiot in season 2.

10. ER: Lucy Knight and Carol Hathaway
