Name: April Age: 37 Favourite season(s) of The X-Files: 3, both because I think that's where the dynamic found its footing and because it has a good number of funny episodes and I'm a comedy girl at heart. Favourite episodes of The X-Files: Jose Chung's From Outer Space, Small Potatoes, Post-Modern Prometheus, Bad Blood, Triangle, Monday, The Unnatural, First Person Shooter --- I kind of go for shippy, funny, or novelty episodes Any favourite characters or ships: MSR is number one. In fic, though, I sometimes go for either Mulder or Scully with Krycek. Any other fandoms: Smallville, Buffy, Criminal Minds, Game of Thrones, Harry Potter. I mean, I watch and read other things, but those are the only ones where I have fandom-ish activities outside lurking. What do you usually post in your journal:recipes, personal stuff, movies and music thoughts, fandom and fic stuff, bitching when something I think is terrible is popular (Twilight and 50 Shades are my pet hates) Friending policy: Pretty open, really. I don't mind differing opinions, either, as long as they're polite about it. :) Anything else: When I ship things, I ship them hard. Mulder/Scully is my number one ship and the ship I measure all others against. Oh! I used to post at TWoP back in the day and I think Jessica was the best recapper they ever had and nothing made me giggle like her X-files recaps. I even followed her to other writings for a while after until I realized our common interests ended at X-files (she was into fashion critique and I... wear pajamas whenever possible). I never was brave enough to write fic for X-files and, really, I wish I had, but I seem to have this thing for writing for shows that disappointed me --- as if that will ever take away the pain. :/
Dude, a fellow TWoP member! I used to post at the forums all the time there back between 2001 & 2002 or so. I still remember having shipper/noromo debates with this one guy, though now I can't remember his name. I do remember nehallania though, but only because she later became one of my LJ friends (she's long-since absent now).
