Michael defends Lex. From the Lex thread at FF, posted by laptiterousse:

at a moment, he came in the forefront and started a monologue because the audience booed when they talked about lana and lex. so michael stood up and started defending his character, saying it wasn't his fault if he's mean... and that it's clark the liar !!!

I haven't been paying much attention to the fandom, (and God knows I've had my Lex issues) so I've been thinking of MR as discontent and chomping at the bit to leave Lex behind. SO, it's too, too fabulous to see him so passionate. I bet he feels like he's put in his time, dammit, he deserves to go supersexyEVIL, now!

I haven't watched Progeny (or, uh, Combat), yet, but I will when I get home!

I guess I just needed the man himself to rekindle my interest :P

Heh, I was just thinking the same thing (for me, I mean). As my love goes, so goes my icons, so of course I've been collecting Winchester art but now I think it's time to load up on Lex -- especially EVIL!LEX :)

Is it sad that I did a little dance in my office at him declaring that it was "time to kick some ass - season 7!"???

I want Lex to tear down Smallville piece by piece. I want him to make Martha cry. I want him to cause Clark to cuss. I'd be dancing through my house weekly just to get one season of Lex making Lionel's machinations look like child's play.

And getting away with all of it!

Oh I loved the ending so much. I know some people have been uncomfortable with the writing of Lex this year, but I love every second of it (excluding Promise). I had my fill of beaten-down tragic Lex in seasons 1-3, now I want him evil and sexier than ever :D

It's sad - my muse has been *so* bored with Lex that Hudson became bored with him.

But last week?? When he threatened Chloe?? Hudson's ears totally perked up and she was all "I must save him from himself!!

So yeah. A totally ruthless Lex is apparently all I... er, Hudson has been waiting for!

Or when he was threatening Moira, and those evil sinister grins through the glass. Soooo hot *sighs*

Me too! I love early seasons Lex as well, but I also love how his character arc keeps changing. It's long past time for the LEX LUTHOR to arise. Here's hoping for lots more scenes of strutting around to music

Yeah, I don't know why the audience booed at Michael saying that Clark is a lier. Because a lot of the character interaction is about Lex and Lana getting frustrated with Clark lying! It's not like he just made that up lol

Hey, do you have any plans in the works for a Ten/Martha vid after series 3 is over and you have a lot of content for them?

I tend to watch DW more as just casual entertainment now, season 1 was where I was more invested and fannish over it. So...probably not

But I'm sure there will be some great Doctor/Martha videos produced soon :)
