Lexmas did miles better than every other episode. I guess we just love the Lex episodes :D

That was one of those things when I watched it I was like what? But half way in I was sold. Too bad he mad the choice he did.

I did enjoy the bit with Chloe getting Clark to hand out the toys as well, that was cute. But meeting Santa??? Umm no

What was up with the Santa part! I was following everything and then they introduced that and I was like please no. Please don't get that low. Please...aw crap.

I know that TW is top billing on this show, but he's role in the dream would have been fine. Give the guy an easy episode ;)

At least this is ammunition for those Lex haters who claim that people don't want to see episodes about him.

Lexana did way better than Clana.

Reckoning actually got pretty crappy ratings, and that was the episode with the Clana engagement

I don't follow this fandom but I love the show. We have Lex haters in the US? Superman's future nemesis? Wha??

Oh, yeah! There are people who can't *stand* Lex. He gets in the way of their Lana scenes, and now, of course, he's in the way of the Clana. There are many who feel he shouldn't even be on the show.

Wow no kidding.

I don't like Clana personally. But that is mainly because I don't see the chemistry. I saw it with Lexana. They just have chemisty. It happens.

But Clana is rather doomed anyway. It's not going to happen oermenantly so I have a hard time getting invested in it either way.

Lex on the other hand will be around at the end of the day. Just like Clark. So...

Or it could just be that Lexmas is the shiznit.

hee! I saw that ep at the 9 showing, then flipped right over to watch it again on E4+1. Sad I know, but my then housemate had insisted on chatting all the way through it the first time.

Of course we love the Lex episodes! Lex rules us. I know there are Lex haters(hmph) but I never actually witnessed someone bad-mouthing Lex with my own eyes... so far. But please tell me you're kidding when you say others think he shouldn't even be on the show? Dear god. I-I- there are no words. If I start, I won't shut up. *cuddles Lex*

Besides. Lexmas is what solidified my love for Lexana, and made me hate Clana with a fiery passion (Clark and Lana outside the house at the end, happy. It really stung.)

I'm intrigued by the low ratings for Reckoning. Here, it was second only to Aqua. I'm hesitant to say that over there it was because Lockdown wasn't well-received (because I think Lockdown is a great episode), but there may be something to the fact that Reckoning wasn't hyped at all as being special because it was the 100th. In retrospect, though, I can't bring myself to feel bad about it; all the power of Reckoning, of Clark's sacrifice, was completely leeched away the very next week when it turned out he and Lana *weren't really broken up after all*.

It wasn't promoted much. Although I believe the announcer did mention it was the 100th episode, but that was right before it aired *g*

And yeah, even Al said that Clana should have had the big ending in the 100th episode. The Hypnotic break-up was just weird. Reckoning had already addressed the issues over Clark never being honest with Lana. Why bring Clark being hypnotised into cheating into it???

I think I saw that episode, but I'm not sure. I usually only tune in for episodes that JM's in.

It was the christmas episode with Lex's fantasy life :)

Ahh yes, that kind of sad really. I feel bad for Lex, because he could have that, but we know it's not going to happen. Poor thing.
