Well it does still feel like an overreaction to me quite honestly, lj haven't actually said that anything is going to change, or that slash is against their terms now, but that's what everyone seems to be reading into the user agreement coming from Russia. If they'd actually started banning people, or handing out warnings, then I'd absolutely get the panic. But instead it seems like they very much do seem want to keep us around in their own clumsy way, they're assuming us that they still want the international users, they've extending the paid time, and yet there's still this rush of deletions :(
