Hmm I'm not sure about Damon's friendship with Enzo getting any focus, Damon and Alaric will find themselves "back on the bourbon wagon" with Bonnie tagging along as their "uninvited chaperone" makes it sound like the writers are more interested in exploring the Damom/Alaric friendship? Enzo was starting to work more with Lily last season, so I'm guessing the writers will be continuing that instead for his main story, and that's inevitably not going to leave him on great terms with Damon and Stefan

And it could be Matt I suppose, but I don't see them being a very dynamic couple together tbh, I get the feeling that the writers would rather pair Bonnie off with a ~bad boy~ character like Enzo and create sparks that way, that's usually more their thing. My best guess is that it's going to be Enzo, but I agree that it doesn't seem very in character for Bonnie...I can't really picture her with any of the current male regulars at the moment, although I wouldn't be averse to them doing Bamon actually. It's probably a bit too soon for that though :P
