"One Breath" used to be one of my favourite episodes back in the day, but for some reason I didn't like it at all during my last rewatch. But "Humbug" is still one of my absolute favourites.
As for the html, you put the questions inside a <*textarea*> tag (remove asterisks). It's easiest if you just do plain text - if you want to do bolding, etc, then you need to convert those tags into html symbols.
