And it was really all about them, too. And the way she was completely broken, distraught, wasn't herself when he didn't come back from the other world and she didn't know how to be anymore. And she had to have Alaric take her memories of him away to finally get back a sense of normality. I felt like her love of Stefan never existed even though he was the center of her world for the first 3 years.

IDK, I might be missing some things about that though. They aren't a favorite of mine. I liked the build-up of it but I won't ever say they're an OTP.

And I somehow believe that if it hadn't been for Katherine to begin with, none of the brothers would have fallen for her. IDK.
