Yeah, watching the series again, I just don't get why Elena would want to let someone into her life that is going to endanger her friends in order to keep her safe, but the show never seems to want the audience to question that :shrugs:

Tbh I'm not really a fan of romantic Delena. I used to like them more back in seasons 1-3 when they were building up to them, but I've never been a big fan of how the show has handled them as a couple idk
