OMG I love, love, LOVE Taylor and her relationship with Ryan. Although it was played for laughs at first, it got really sweet and genuine at the end and I will always appreciate it as one of the few TV ships where I've seen a girl chase a guy and get what she wants, and isn't humiliated or mocked or slut-shamed for it.
I also appreciate that, AFAICR, this show didn't have a single Bad Boy Woobie. YAY. They could so easily have gone that route with Ryan (especially since they could have set him up in contrast to Seth in typical TV Trope fashion), but IMO they chose a much more unusual, original route and I liked it.
After watching the Ryan/Theresa arc in S1 I am still boggled as to how Josh Schwartz also produced GG. Granted he's just a cardboard cut-out figurehead now who hasn't done any real work on the show since S1, but still.
