Only one more episode of DLM to go, and then I will have seen every episode they ever made...

George and Rube were my favourites in season 1, but in season 2 I think it's Daisy. Oh I liked when Daisy tells George she's self-involved and always seems to be listening to a voice inside her head, and then we get the voice-over, "Am I". Hee!

And George knew about Ray's death, and Roxy knew and was covering up, right? But Rube doesn't found out? And so is that how gravlings are created, from deaths of evil people like Ray. And if so, how did George manage to get rid of Ray *confused*

And I ship Mason and Daisy. I bet that they were likely to get together in season 3. Damn

I definitely agree it was a lot less about George. I mean her and Dolores get really close, so she's not struggling with her job that much. But I did love the mother/daughterish relationship they develop, it's weird and quirky and somehow just "wrong", but it's oh so good.

Daisy/Mason dynamic was so good, and I think that seemed like THE story arc.

I wonder if they would have dealt with Rube's story a little more in S3, because although you know what's going on..you don't really. Because Rube is so inward and lives on the "periphery", except he doesn't.

I'm sure Roxy would have a story, although she grows to love this family, you realize that in her covering for them, she's not as much a hardass bitch as they all think she is.

I really loved the finale though, it was..open ending but not at the same time. It did give you closure, but it also left us feeling that we wanted more. Plus it was just uber creepy (my birthday is Halloween!)

One thing I did wonder about, was Mason turning back to drugs because of ruining the little girls birthday party. I mean it was horrible the way it happenned, but considering Mason has been reaping for 30/40 years, would it really have got to him that much? It seemed they could have come up with something bigger. Unless he was just looking for an excuse to go back to his old lifestyle I guess

And I love Goerge and Delores together :D And the security guard meeting that George walks into, and starts mouthing off at. Hee!

SHE KICKED THE MANNEQUIN IN THE CROTCH.

SEVERAL TIMES. ROFLMAO.

I think they mention it in the commentaries, but they said something about Mason is just SUCH a fuck up, just when you think he can change, he won't, he'll just revert to what he was. He's not the type of character that grows or learns from his mistakes.
