I've just started catching up on the special features! I saw that mention of wanting the Ray graveling to look distinctive.
I think I related to George less in season 2. I still really love her because well...George! But in season 1 she reminded me of my life so much, how you've finished education and you're stuck not knowing what to do next, and the jobs you find are all so dreary. I understand character development is good and neccessary, but season 2 saw her being big-time successful at Happy Time, and really becoming part of the whole corporate world. I related to her less, and Daisy become my favourite instead. Not that I relate to Daisy at all lol
There was a more ensemble feeling in season 2 as well, and I'm not sure if I prefer that or not. In season 1 there were heaps of scenes with Goerge having meaningful interaction with the other reapers, which I did miss. Whereas season 2 sees Rube doing his own thing, and Mason/Daisy getting seperate storylines. But those storylines were really gripping, so maybe it balances out. Maybe. I really want to watch season 1 again now. See George just starting out in that world, crying with Roxy over the confrontation with her parents, getting guidance from Rube etc *nostalgic* And I wonder why Roxy never gets much of a decent plot...
