Yeha, I love Spike but I think sometimes it's kind of extreme the way other characters are blamed for everything, in order to excuse Spike. I prefer him to be written as flawed. I remember people were upset over one of David Fury's interviews (around LMPTM), but at the time I was thinking I'd take his description of Spike over him calling Angel some perfect hero anyday. It made Angel sound so boring
